Description of the vulnerability

Two vulnerabilities of Open Server impact several Sybase products.

The TDS (Tabular Data Stream) protocol is used between the client and the database. An attacker can use malformed TDS data, in order to create a denial of service and possibly to execute code. [severity:3/4]

An attacker can use a vulnerability of Login packets, in order to create a denial of service and possibly to execute code. [severity:3/4]
