The QEMU product can emulate the VMware-SVGA chipset.

The DEFINE_CURSOR command defines the cursor. However, the vmsvga_fifo_run() function does not correctly check offsets, which corrupts the memory.

An attacker, privileged inside a guest system, can therefore generate a memory corruption via vmsvga_fifo_run() of QEMU, in order to trigger a denial of service, and possibly to run code on the host system.
