Description of the vulnerability 

The Cisco Wireless LAN Controller product has a service to manage received SNMP packets for TSM (traffic stream metrics).

However, when a malicious packet is received, a fatal error occurs.

An attacker can therefore send a malicious SNMP TSM packet to Cisco Wireless LAN Controller, in order to trigger a denial of service.
