Description of the vulnerability 

The HP-UX product can be configured to use libpam_updbe (User Policy Definition) in pam.conf.

However, a remote attacker can bypass the libpam_updbe authentication.

An attacker can therefore use libpam_updbe of HP-UX, in order to escalate his privileges.
