Description of the vulnerability 

The Juniper Junos product has a service to manage received uBFD packets.

However, when a malicious packet is received, a fatal error occurs in Trio Chipset (Trinity) MPC.

An attacker can therefore send a malicious uBFD packet to Juniper Junos, in order to trigger a denial of service.
