Description of the vulnerability 

The Python requests product implements a web client.

However, if the web server used a redirect with a Cookie not indicating an explicit domain name, Python requests offers this cookie to the server targeted by the redirect. The target server can also obtain cookies of the source server.

An attacker can therefore use Python requests clients, in order to force a cookie or to read a cookie.
